EQUIPMENT
Brian Hill Film and Design uses a Macintosh G5 workstation for video editing and DVD encoding, an eMac for design and image manipulation, plus two iMacs for data and admin.
For
filming we regularly use Canon XM2 digital video cameras with full
audio and lighting where appropriate. The XM2 cameras are ideal
for DVD production, being relatively small and unobtrusive and
with excellent recording quality. We also have access through our
association with Highland Community Care Forum, to smaller DV cameras
suitable for client uses, such as video diary applications.
We can also provide quick turnaround on small DVD duplication and printing runs (up to 100).
We can also supplement filming with still photography using digital SLR where projects demand it.
